To the maximum extent permitted by law, GALETHIS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the preceding twelve months.

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of service delivery. This obligation survives the termination of any service agreement.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or a prominent notice on our website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
